Chicago: Sunday, June 13 240SX Meet

Day: Sunday, June 13
Time: Noon
Location: Miami Woods @ Oakton and Caldwell in Niles, IL. Use entrance on Caldwell.
Directions: 294 North, Dempster East Exit, Stay on Dempster for about 5-10 minutes, right on Waukegan, there will be a fork in the road, stay on the left side (Caldwell), then before the first light there will be a sign and entrance to Miami Woods. Turn Left into it.

Notes:
For those that live near the place, would someone be able to go there a bit early and claim the picnic tables in the first section. PM me, or post if you can and at what time you could. I just hate getting there and having to stand all day cuz some old people won't let us get any of the tables

BBQ Info:
If you for sure are coming and would like to help out with BBQ post and say what you can bring.

What we need:
1-2 Grills (depending on size and amount of people that show)
Some grillers
Meat (Hamburgers, Hot dogs, and if you really want you can bring whatever else)
Buns (Hamburger and hot dog buns)
Chips
Drinks
Plates, plastic utensils
Condiments (Ketchup, mustard, relish, cheese; lettuce, mayo, and pickles if you want to be all gourmet about it)
Etc (if you want to bring something not on the list be my guest, Sushi would be nice )

Everything but the etc. part needs to be brought. Add to the list if you plan on coming and if you plan on bringing something (need to get an idea of how much food and stuff to bring).

1. Kidynomite - One cooler full of drinks and ice (non-acoholic), Plates and Utensils.
2. Slo86 - Buns
3. Duffman - Chips
4. Matt4pl - small grill

I would expect around 30+ cars. If the current pace keeps up it will be well over that. Wisconsin, and Indiana people migth be coming down, so who knows how many they will bring.

It's a 240sx meet-y'know for 240sx owners to meet each other- talk with each other- duh.
Are you welcome........well ask yourself do you own a 240sx...then why would you want to come?
But I guess we can't stop you from coming.

awww, Buddy02 all butthurt? So sorry.

I guess you have never gone to any of the NISSAN meets.
I've attended every "All-Nissan" meet for 3 years, so what's your point?

1. You don't know me
2. I wouldn't call people that don't drive 240's very knowledgeable about said car versus an owner/enthusiast
3. Even so- it still proves you don't know $hit to talk.

Always up to trouble , but why does everyone assume someone who is a jerk on a foum knows nothing about cars.

What Boardman is saying is we can't stop you but it is annoying to have a meet and non-240 owners out number or come close to matching the number of 240 people. For example, the all-nissan meets, I have been to quite a few and it gets on everyones nerves when there begins to be a big number of people that don't own Nissans . On every forum I posted (all 240 forums except one), people have asked can I come if I don't have a 240.

But do what you will I guess, we don't own the lot or anything, we just set it up, bring some food if you come
