timing question

not sure if this is a noob ??? or wut, but if i am adjusting the timing, and i have a bov that empties into the atmosphere, do i want to advance he timing to run lean? can i adjust the timing from the cas? oh ya i mean on an sr20det redtop

you dont wanna adjust timing to compensate for a bov.. what you need is a safc to tune for decl

Or saw screw the BOV and recirculate. Or you could go gangsta and just have no relief at all. Compressor surge is a mighty fine noise.
