I used zipties, I wanted to use rivets but couldn't find the gun. The sides still flop around a little, but when I find the gun I'll rivet it to the metal.

Can anyone show me how to put an image in my post?

Yeah I got the idea from an S14. I was bored (not to mention poor) and liked the look, only thing that sucks is that it bent in the middle, but i have like 13' of the material. I also read this paper on aerodynamics and how having a front air dam really improves downforce and the amount of air pushed into the radiator area. My 240 isn't lowered so the lip is about 5" from the ground, but I'm hoping that when I'm traveling over 100mph the car is pushed down another inch so that the airdam functions at its most optimium distance from the ground, according to the paper.

Also there's this flap of plastic about 1/2" in width that if bent is easily torn off. I was also thinking of inserting a metal rod of some sort into the bottom half (which is hollow) to have more control over the bend.
