240 Gone Wild....slow building...
if you want to upgrade your suspension from personal experience...
i vote Megan Racing for everything and then Stance for some coilovers.
if you don't want coils then kyb or agx with some eibach springs would do you good
those inserts are just for show...I attach my plate to them but you could put fogs there if you wanted.

Yeah that sounds like a good idea, hidden fog lights...but anyway new update...
Ran into some problems with my car and it's weird because i cant diagnose it. I was driving and everything just seemed to shut off real quick and turn back on and i left it be because it just didnt do it again. Got on the parkway and as i got faster it happened more frequently to the point where i go into a parking lot and it would start up again. So fooled around with the battery got it to start and this is the weird part. My temp gauge quickly rises to where it can't move anymore but the car's not overheating. I turn the lights on the rpm gauge needle flickers up and down, even when i hit the brakes. It idles at like 950-1000 but when i turn the lights on it starts to bog out to like 550-700 till it basically just stalls out. I was just thinking alternator but just need some quick opinions because that alternator can really be a pain in the a**. Basically it runs normal when the lights arent on. So i guess the alt. is giving enough power to run just when you use any type of power it kills out? Idk...any suggestions before i just go for the alt anyway?

advance auto for a alt/bat check...something electrical i would assume
I called up some places and they are saying a short might be somewhere in the car and im a little mad at this for not being able to figure it out...Anyone had this problem or know what else it could be???
Ok so i went and checked it again and when i turn the key all the power like shuts off and it doesnt start when i take the key out the "EGI" Relay buzzes and im not sure what that means. As well when the car battery stays on theres clicking in the car from the seatbelt thing in the center console. Im searching every possibility online but cant really find an answer and i need help asap please.
Not to be rude, but a few things need to be addressed when doing body work.
It's ok to use lots of filler, but just more and more of it will be wasted since it will be sanded off... and cutting through an inch of filler by hand will take a long *** time. So just get used to using little bits at a time so sanding will be a minimum.
And I noticed a little wavy-ness on your hatch and 1/4.. but nothing that can't be fixed! Just grab yourself some 180 grit and a block and block sand it to get it smooth with no dips, and then lightly sand with 320 before paint. The quality between the two is amazing!
Looking good! I just painted my car toyota pearl white, so im partial to the white myself :-p

Im going to try and run codes soon but im putting way too much money into this. So im gonna pick up another car and take the 240 off the road till i can have time to work on it. I know how to run the codes but i cant find the thing to find out what the codes mean ive only been able to find it for the ka24e. Ill look more later if anything new comes up ill let you guys know. All i know is that there is a short somewhere.
