Girl-next-door Sarah Kozer, one of three finalists vying for the hand of Evan Marriott on the hit reality show, has a naughty secret in her past.
The California blonde starred in dozens of bondage and foot-fetish films under a stage name before she snagged a spot on the Fox series.
Kozer, 29, put her best foot forward in titillating flicks such as "Pantyhose Pairs," "Dirty-Soled Dolls," "Sublime Stockings" and "The Agony of De Feet."
And she was fit to be tied in "Helpless Heroines: Girls Will Bind Girls," "Bound and Dominated," "Ties of Friendship" and "Tickled and Abused."
Under the pseudonym Cindy Schubert, Kozer played a hogtied cheerleader and a nurse who gets drugged with chloroform in videos from soft-**** peddler FM Concepts.
In another, she was the dominator while a male actor was trussed.
"Mark is hogtied and cleave gagged (including on screen mouth stuffing!) by Julie King and Cindy Shubert," reads the plot summary for that video.
"He is forced to smell Julie's bare feet while Cindy tickles him!"
Kozer's spokesman, Phil Viardo, emphasized that she never took off her clothes in any of the vignettes, which were shot with a digital camera.
'Working' through school
"It started a couple of years ago while she was in law school and needed money to pay the bills," he said. "It seemed like a good opportunity. She couldn't believe she could get paid for doing something so silly."
Viardo, who did not know how much Kozer got paid for the work, said she knew the footage would be used in fetish films.
"It was kind of obvious - it's pictures of feet and smiling girls who have tape on their mouths," he said. "But if you go to Greenwich Village on Halloween, you'd see a lot worse than that. These are really nothing."
When she was chosen to be on "Joe Millionaire," Kozer told Fox officials probing her background about the films.
They listed her occupation as "sales and design" on the show's Web site - making no mention of her adult-film experience.
Asked in a Web site Q&A about the "wildest" thing she's ever done, Kozer recounted how she moved to Spain and fell in love.
"Most of my 'wild' things involve adventure or romance," she said - but she didn't bring up her adventures with duct tape and sheer stockings.
Fox had little to say about the revelations yesterday, first reported on The Smoking Gun Web site.
"We don't comment on the personal lives of the contestants," network spokesman Scott Grogin said.
Daddy didn't know
Kozer's father, Fred, who lives in her hometown of Hunker, Pa., said he couldn't talk about "Joe Millionaire" - because of a gag order from Fox.
Asked about his daughter's work in bondage and fetish filmdom, Kozer was stunned into silence.
"I don't know anything about that," he said before hanging up.
Ousted "Joe" contestant Mandy Wilson, 26, of Nashville, said Kozer talked about modeling but never mentioned her bondage work.
"I think they're maybe modeling pictures that got misconstrued," Wilson said.
Kozer, who lives in Los Angeles and most recently worked for a mortgage broker, comes across as one of the prissier women on "Joe Millionaire" - though she and Marriott slipped off into the woods for a semi-private clinch during the most recent episode.
Marriott later chose her as one of three finalists - all of whom have been duped into believing he's worth $50 million.
Marriott, 28, also has a few secrets in his past, as the Daily News has reported.
While Fox touts him as a down-and-out construction worker, his resume actually includes stints as a prep-school student, fashion model and aspiring actor and wrestler.
In an interview that will air on the Fox newsmagazine "The Pulse," Marriott admits he wasn't prepared for wining and dining so many women.

And Kozer - the star of adult movies like "Teasing with Toes!," "Hogtied," and "Dirty Soled Dolls" - may be on her way to winning her TV "millionaire," since Evan Marriott, star of Fox's hit show gets hot about women's feet, according to former girlfriend Tanya Tyrell.
"We'd be walking down the street and he'd spot a woman and say, ¦Wow, look at her shoes!'" Tyrell told The Post. "He likes strappy shoes with a high heel. He really likes feet."
Kozer, 29, works in "sales and marketing," according to the blonde's bio for "Millionaire," the hit show about Marriott, a construction worker, falsely claiming to be heir to a $50 million fortune as he winnows a field of women desperate to date him.
But Kozer also goes by the name "Cindy Schubert" in videos like "Novices in Knots," which boasts of a scene in which she is "tied up and silenced!"
Kozer remains clothed in the videos but is bound, lashed and gagged - or ties up others - amid moaning and groaning.
Her secret side was exposed yesterday by Court TV's The Smoking Gun Web site, which recently uncovered Marriott's past as an underwear model.
Kozer's publicist Phil Virado said she posed for bondage photos and videos several years ago while attending law school.
