Yeah man. No way physically possible to change the bulbs without pulling the cluster, unless your hands can pass through a solid surface. It takes like 5 minutes anyways.

no bro.. you have to go with standard 194 bulbs those hour bulbs are used for signals and other 194 not clusters.

Face plates

Well..............if i must remove the whole instrument cluster .

I want to get those blue face plates that cover the speedometer and tach.

Do you know who sells them? And where I can get a new plastic cover for the front?

When you take out the cluster you don't have to crack it open. Its gonna be a completely different issue altogether to change out the faces.

that's not complicated either.. when i did my LED install, i went ahead and took off the clear plastic cover, and cleaned it.. the hardest part of doing those overlay gauges is lining up all the dashes perfectly without messing up the needles

biggamehit i have 194 bulbs they are the same exept a bit longer so this is where my questions lies with "forgiving room"

If I had to guess I would say the longer bulbs would not illuminate the gauges as well because the light has less room to spread out.
