fuse question

I was putting in a different headunit today and when I went to try the new one out, I noticed it wasn't powering on. I did the usual and checked for voltage and got nothing. Then i checked the radio fuse which wasn't blown. Then I noticed the clock in the gauge cluster was lit up but not displaying a time. I started looking through the fuses in the kickpanel til I came across one that was blown, it was the fuse labeled electron batt. I also noticed that this fuse was labeled on the kickpanel differently then all the others, is this fuse an issue if it blows, besides killing power to whatever? Thanks.

i forget what its called... but no, it doesnt cause any issues... just replace it, and disconnect your battery next time (if you didnt) same fuse blew on mine

Where is the factory amp? I believe it has been ripped out already.
