good security system brands?
 

hey,i've been looking around at different security systems for my 93 240 and i just cant seem to find a "silent alarm" system. i was looking for sumthin that has the engine cut off when the cars broken into but at the same time doesn't have the sensors so the annoying alarm doesnt go off all the time. any help will be appreciated.

man go with a DEI (Directed Electronics Inc.) they're the best alarms i've ever installed.

I dont use an alarm, I just ground the ECU wire to a factory button I never use. I mean, Insurance will pay for whats stolen, but they cant take the car ;), Alarms are nice but where I live, There are only like 4-7 other 240s, and only 1 of my year, Not many thefts, but the Hondas....Thats another story

aight i checked out dei, i just can't decide tho. clifford or viper? and is it really worth getting a 2 way alarm?
