Got my Clifford RSX 3.5 2 Way Alarm!

Just ordered it from sonicelectronix.com for 255$ shipped. Wanted to ask if any of you guys heard about this alarm? Any downfalls? Advantages? Wanted to ask if it was easy to install myself? Also how much is too much to install my alarm somewhere with remote start and everything it comes with? Circuit City was charging like 180 with remote start but they wont do it on stick cars. Could i just get the alarm put in there and do the remote start somewhere else? Or does it all have to go in at the same time? Thanks guys. Any more info would be appreciated.

your best bet is to have it done all at the same time... some installers make a mess or rig things and others are good at what they do... i did not like working on alarms that were installed by someone else... your clifford alarm is made by dei and you should be able to find a dei dealer in your area to install the alarm... and they will know how to install it with the safety features to work with your manual transmission...

my friend got one for his 04 STi a couple of months ago.
$200shipped off ebay.
we tried to get the wiring all down on paper before attempting anything, but finally gave up.
took it to a shop, installed $150 + $25 extra charge to have the remote start installed.
my friend also had to sign a waiver to get the remote start installed.
I say its a great system, i'll be getting one myself real soon
