I like the newer Pioneer double DIN tv/navigation, been looking into a few navigation systems and I'm thinking about getting it myself.

I say the best one is the Poineer Avic-N2 I work at a custom shop in DC and i see a lot of headunits. The N2 comes with everything. dvd and navi. (free navigation) It retails for like 1800 now but you can find one cheaper in ebay. the model is getting kinda old, so the prices are coming down. But I still day it's the best of the best. Plus it's touch screen and very userfirendly. Poineer also has the Avic-N1 which is the N2 w/o the navigation. I would stay away from clarion and jensen (motor problems). But alpine, panasonic, and sony have some good headunits. The double din poineer is the Avic-D1. I installed it in an 06 WRX and it looked real clean especially because it was a double din housing. hope this helps.

Avic-N1 and Avic-N2 are the same unit it is just like a 2004 and a 2005 model... the difference is the XM traffic for navigation and the gyros in the brain so that you can not bypass it for DVD but they do both come with Navigation

I was gonna say, the pioneer N1 has the navigation also...

I love the clean double DIN look of the d1
