4 SR20DET motors with everything but the intercooler (RWD with 5spd manual (Automatic tranny's are available for it however)). in stock @ $2200 CAD....
Just need to get an aftermarket intercooler for the swap.

SR20DET black top from the JDM s13 is $2700 CAD. (complete)

JDM U13 Front Clip (1st gen Altima), complete (a pillar to the front bumper... including suspension, brakes, steering, a/c, every single thing) for $5000.
