Formula Drift returned to Palm Beach International Raceway for Round 3: Invasion this past weekend. Familiar faces returned to the podium, as 2011 Formula Drift Champion Dai Yoshihara beat Justin Pawlak in the battle for third. Chris Forsberg faced rookie Daigo Saito in the final match of the evening. After an intense battle, Saito was too much for Forsberg and was crowned winner. Saito tightened the gap in points between leader Justin Pawlak and increased his likeliness of winning rookie of the year honors.
