they probably have it set to cut out at a certain rpm... I mean, I remember from what I learned (unless it was wrong LOL) that bouncing your engine on it's rev limiter with NOS =

Possibly... I mean I don't know the hard facts about drifting with NOS, but I do know a lot about NOS from my old car... running NOS even at mid to high rpms (I had mine set to go on at 4000rpm and to cut off at 500 before redline) NOS gives a pretty good kick in the ***, if you know what I mean...

Some Cars that run turbos that take quite awhile to spool up will use NOS so they wont have that huge power lag, I believe the Autolink and Pacific Rim cars do that.

yeah andy yens has a shot of NITROUS i read sumthin it was makin like 380 ..but i dont remember if it was before nitrous or after.. i agree with the big turbo thing.. but ernies (rotora s13 hatch) i read was makin like 450 and as far as i know it doesnt have a nitrous shot.. so i dont know if its actually a spooling problem.. besides cant you just give the clutch a lil kick if your not in the power band?.. well that might be why ernies trannies are busting?hmmm
