Do all US 91-94 240sx SE come with ABS and HICAS

no, they do not, most people think they do but if you get there spec sheet up on what accesories they came with, that was an option

but you could still have a Hicas though right?

you can still have HICAS, it will say it on the side of the car if you have it. If your so worried about HICAS at least post in the correct section, moved to "Drivetrain"
