6 Speed Tranny

My friend has a 93 240 (180) with the stock KA motor. He made the mistake of buy the car with an automatic tranny and wants to convert it. He wants a six speed so I wanted to know if the S15 tranny could bolt on to the 93 KA. I don't think it will, but I would like to make sure.
