Centerforce Dual Friction Clutches

Are these any good? Cause it's like 250 bucks for one and I was gonna get it. Any input is great, thanks. How long do they last (I know dumb ? with a clutch but I mean normal wear with someone who can actually drive stick), how's the feel, and all that? Thanks again.

i have had only bad experiences with centerforce.

dont like them.

Thanks for the input. Any other budget-minded clutches that are quality but inexpensive?

Levi SPL S14 11-29-2005 01:34 PM

thats a contradiction.

rps is good, illegal garage but they're not the cheapest.

dont be a cheap ass.

the clutch is harder than normal and gets harders and the rpms get higher. i've had it for over a year and don't mind it and it grabs nice once i calibrated my clutch.

Not being a cheap ass, just can't afford the best right now and I need to get my swap done. I know the quality versus price tradeoff I was just asking for a happy medium for the time being so I can get the car on the road.

go with RPS i like them.

Preston 11-30-2005 03:16 AM

where can I find them?

Roastem 11-30-2005 04:25 AM

I had a centerforce dual friction in my stang.... gripped great and the higher the rpms went the harder it grabbed due to the weights.... after a year and only 7k the pressure plate failed.
get somethin else..... it is worth waiting a little longer adn savin up the extra dough to get a good one the first time.
