clutch install, problem removing sensors

yes i searched, i also printed out a few write ups so i know what i'm doing. but, i cant get any of the sensor connectors apart... i was told a screwdriver would help to push the button on them.. but they just dont wanna come apart. is there anyway to remove the harness to the trans?

i got the driveshaft, slave, and shifter off so far. i havent driven in over 2 weeks so any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

needle nose pliers, clamp onto plastic part of connectors, and shake back and forth. Feel around with your fingers and make sure connector is not bolted in at all with any screws. Also consult FSM to see exactly how they're connected.
