daily driving lsd
 

I want to set up my car to be able to daily drive and drift.

So im planning to get a LSD...and ive narrowed it down to 1.5way or 2 way.

Ive heard that welded differentials are HORRIBLE for daily driving (not to mention they dont last long). But are authentic clutch-type 2 way differentials better for daily driving than welded differentials? (i know they at least last longer)

Worse come to worse, ill compromise and get a 1.5 way...but im kinda weary of getting one cause obviously a 2way would be better to drift.

2 isnt hard on your car like a welded, its just a little more dangerous on the streets because its gonna cause you to be locked under braking as, which isnt really gonna happen in a 1.5...if your gonna really be drifting buy a 2way imo

Get a 2-way. Much better for daily than a welded.
