flywheel bolts
 
im having a hard time getting my flywheel bolts out i have tried everything i can think of anybody have any suggestions

Whats the problem tho, they are stuck and wont budge or is the flywheel rotating every time you try and ratchet ??

get someone to hold something inbetween the teeth as you turn, use a breaker bar or something of that sort, they are torqued down to atleast 100lbs

I read somewhere that you should use a torch and heat them up before the go at them.

yea get someone to put someting in between the teeth or you can also get a flywheel tool from a local auto shop for pretty cheap

thanks guys for the help. found out the guy that had the car b4 me was a hack so he did stuff half ass. turned out he torqued them to 150 ft/lbs so me and a buddy heated up the flywheel and they came out no problem :bigok:
