How do i get my car to read MPH right?

I have the rb20det in my 240sx and i really have no idea what speed sensor i need to get it to read correct MPH. I had the rb20det speed sensor in but i just took it out b/c it wasnt reading correct MPH. Some people have told me that it's the Gauge cluster/ECU that converts the signal from the speed sensor to MPH. If this is correct then will my car ever read MPH since i have the R32 ECU? Someone please help me out.

Change the tires. It was a try.

R32 tranny reads KPH only. You can get a translator from Austrailia or online, I used to have a link. Or write important speeds on a sticky note and leave it on the dash.

You can take the car to a speedo shop and see what they say. They know how to recalibrate these things.
