Unhappy Need a little help

Hey everyone. I'm new to this board so please help me out. I'm having a little problem with my 98 240sx. A little while back a had a little drifting gone bad accident and ran my front left tire over a curb. The tire was pushed back, hitting the fender. I checked it out and it looked like I bent the lower control arm and the tie rod. My question to you guys is should I fix this myself or have it done at a shop, I don't want to mess anything up. Another question is, I have a buddy that has both of those spare parts off his 94 240sx. Will those work with a 98 or will I have to purchase that new? Thank you in advance.

s14 tie rodas are beefier and the control arms are slightly longer, that means you should just buy some aftermarket parts...id suggest doing it yourself, its really not hard, just get someone who is half way mechanically inclined to be there with ya..
