Non ABS S14 w/ J30 diff
 

If anyone has this setup(S14 without ABS with a J30 LSD), I wanna know if you had to shorten your driveshaft? I read that you should have to but not necessary.

you can do it but its a waste of time and money cause the vlsd sucks

Yea but it's just for street use. I'm not even doing an Sr swap this summer. It'll be just to play with til I my S14 gets serious. But right now I have a stock KA and doing 5spd swap this week.

BTW when you said I can do it you meant fit the J30 LSD on the nonABS driveshaft? Or did you mean I can cut it to make the LSd fit. I'd rather not cut since I just spent nearly 5bills on the driveshaft.
