OBX Shifter install help??

OK I just purchased a new OBX R short shifter.......here ill do it for you guys......Ima ricer, My shifter sucks w/e, I heard over on 240sxforums.com that it doesnt come with instructions, can some one tell me how to install it or just what order to put on in, I dont want to be screwed when arrives on friday LOL,Thanx.

Yea it the 2 piece im gonna get some thread locker tommorow, I put gasket sealer on temperarly. What am I suppose to do about the thing that goes between the bottom of the shifter the shifter and the part that connects, lol. OK it keep tranny fluid from dripping or ur catalayic converter lol, what do I do with that its kind jus sitting thier not around ne thing on the shifter.

OK, Tranny fluid is comming out of my tranny now cuz the littlerubber thing doesnt fit over the square part of short shifter kit, what can I do?

sorry for the bump guys ... im teying to do this now on my brothers 240 and we got the assembly out but the bush socket at the base stayed in and we cant get it out .. it omers out to right before its totally out and it gets stuck .., anu ideas?

grab each side with a couple of flat pliers and pull it straight up and out. it should come out with a little (not excessive) force.
