S15 tranny question
 

I did a search and did not find the info I was looking for so if anyone has a link or info it would be appreciated.

I am planning a KA24DET build for my 90 240, I already have the DOHC KA avail and the question I have is that I remember reading somewhere that an SR20 tranny could be mounted to a KA engine. So I got to thinking that if a 5 speed one would work then why not an S15 one? Does anyone have the info on the mods that need to be made to match an SR tranny to a KA? The goal of my project is an all around fun car that will visit the auto-x and some drag time...I am not going to be drifting...it's just not my thing. any infor would be great
