just curious.. can u put a s15 6 speed tranny on a s13 blacktop sr without ne problems?

 

should not be a problem, not sure though, If it wont bolt up try to swap the bellhouse from the sr5speed. are you going to try? or just a thought

 

just a thought unless i could swap it.. it would be bad a** to have a 6 speed

 

if your drifting the car you don't need 6 speed.

 

ahhh im not that much into drifting... i had my 240sx for almost 5 years (be4 initial d and drifting got big) so im proud to say i got a 240 be4 then lol alot of ppl bought 240's cuz of the cartoon and drifting... im one of the few that can say i got mine be4 that

it shud work, but i have heard the s15 trans is trash. if im wrong somebody correct me, but i heard it doesn't hold as much power as the previous transmissions. so if you are goin for high power i might want to look into it a bit more. but again i am not certain so if i am wrong somebody please set me straight

 

I believe that is correct. I'm pretty sure I've heard that guys who race S15s switch to 5-speed.
