Simple S-14 question

I'm putting a 5sp in my s14. Do i need a manual ecu from another s14 or can i just bypass some stuff to my ecu ? thanks

Bypass nothing. The auto ECU will work fine, as if there was a manual ECU in there.

:EDIT:
You will need to do minor re-wiring. Also, there will be CEL issues. There are a few write ups about it, just search "S14 transmission swap".
