ok im replacing the throw out bearing...... i took apart the clutch release mechanism and duh.... i forgot how to put it back together .... any body know what the retainer spring does or how i hook it to the bearing or what not.....

 

I'll be doing all of this next weekend... otherwise I could help you. I'm tracing out the diagram in my manuals, but its as vague as can be on retainer springs. sorry

 

i figured it out ..... it keeps the the clutch release fork thingy in place.... the spring holds the fork to the tranny
