that makes this a ton easier then, GET the testpipe, it'll remove the CAT to free up some exhaust flow. also it'll make the car louder.

yea i meant testpipe lol i was in a rush yesterday.....i feel like a dumbass anyway i will just get a test pipe then

well now where can i get a downpipe and test pipe for my 240? i need a downpipe for a rb20

u can go to any exahust shop and they should be able to make u a 3" mandrel bent exahust. Or u can chek out unstable hybrids downpipe..

i think im just going to run a downpipe then a piece of 3 inch tube that just goes right past the fire wall if the downpipe doesnt go past the fire wall ill have to wait and get everything first

That really will be insanely loud. I can almost promise that you won't wanna drive around with just a downpipe. Running no cat, and a good catback will definitely not restrict flow too much, and be much quieter.

Actually that is exactly what glad Jr. drives with. He initially took out the cat...then while at the track he screwed up his muffler...he took that off and now runs a straight pipe all the way back. Sure, its a little loud, but not nearly as loud as you might think. Runs really good too.

lol i did that for a day while i was trying to fix my civic but had no muffler, i had a header with a test pipe and a hks cat back, but the axle back/muffler section was removed (long story) and MANNNNNNN was that thing loud,
