Blacktop into S13 wiring help

I've got the grey and brown connectors together fine, i've checked and checked and checked again, they're fine. ( according to the srswap diagram)

I've also checked the ECU connector that runs to the dash ( also fine )

Just putting the key in the ignition and turing it to ACC, nothing powers up, but when i try to crank it. the engine doesnt turn over, but the dash lights and door ding comes on.

Does anyone know, specificly what wires I need to check?

Also, On the S13 90 240, the passenger side fuse box ( under the hood ) has quite a few connectors on the drivers and rear sides of the fuse box.

I know a few of them are for auto, but some need to used for alternator, starter, tranny..ect. but which ones?

I'm more than certain all the plugs on the fuse box are used for both auto and manuals. I'm doing 3 engine removals right now (90 man, 90 auto, SR clip), and I did that wiring a week ago. I don't remember any differences in THAT part of the harnesses. I'll double check tomorrow and let you know, might be late in the day though...
