Ca18DET

Sup guys? I hear alot about Sr's and Rb's but not to much on Ca's. I was wondering what are some pro's and cons about this motor?

ca18det, i dont know too much about it, but one pro i know of is that unlike the sr series the ca has a cast iron block and aluminum head where the sr is all aluminum making it a lil heavier but stronger which imo is more important is you want to make a lot of HP. one con in my opinion is that its a 1.8 liter, but thats just because i like some dispacement to get that turbo spooling, but like i said, IMO.
