Car won't start...flooded?

Motor, RB26DETT
ECU, AEM EMS

I took the intake manifold off to finally hunt down some vacuum leaks last week and when I put everything back together, the car won't start.

Here's what it does.

If the car has been sitting for a while, it will cough once when I try to start it, then nothing. If I let it sit for about another 10 minutes or so it usually coughs again.

Fuel does not seem to be an issue, my fuel pressure gauge is reading 40psi after the car primes itself (key turned to on).

I changed the spark plugs yesterday, still nothing. The old ones were really black and smelled like gas. I also put a wire inside of one of the coils and held it about 1/4 from bare piece of metal on the car...plenty of spark. The battery is also fully charged.

The only thing different that I can think of is before I pulled the intake manifold off there was 2 major vacuum leaks which are now fixed. Also, I was playing around with hooking up a MAP sensor and the car primed itself about 6-7 times in the process of getting it hooked up. I have since unhooked the MAP and went back to the way everything was before (running MAFs)

Is it possible that I flooded the engine so bad that it won't "drain" on its own? The only thing I know to try now is disconnect the power to the fuel pump and crank the engine...thoughts?

By "them" do you mean the MAFs? I'm quite sure they're hooked up fine, the car will start even if they are not hooked up anyways.
