Dynoed T3/T4 upgraded RB20 today...
Since we don't see many numbers from 20's we just finished a T3/T4 upgrade on a RB20, .63 AR exhaust, 50 trim compresser, with a HKS standard wastegate, on a modified turbo manifold, opened up the center section all the way, and mounted the wastegate on the back half of the manifold. Wastegate set for 1 bar, stock fuel injectors, SAFC2, and a Supra 7MGTE FMIC. At 14psi it hit 296hp and 258tq during a 4th gear pull until it shut down at 120 at 6500 rpms, kept pulling hard though, the line would have kept going and probably hit 320 if there wasn't a speed cut and we had bigger injectors. AF's were between 11-11.5 actually had to lean the SAFC2 down to -11% around 5000 and 5800. Car pulls like a monster. pulled hard on a STI right after the dyno runs, and walked all over a 04 GT with boltons.
I'll get some pics of the setup and the dyno chart this week, digital walked off and I have to get the funcam developed.

Here's the car, http://www.e-emotorsports.com/jeremyrb240.php Hatch with R32 front.

Nice Job, nice to see some RB20 dyno's with actual mods(stock turbo trash caned or on a honda where it belongs). The injectors are maxed out time for RX7 550's
You can cut your yellow/green wire going into the ECU=no more speed cut. 14 PSI is about optimum effic. on those turbos too. There's more power to be had.
