ECu Question
 

Im in the middle of my Ka-e swap and i have been reading that the ecu changed from 89 to 90.. i have a 1990 240sx so will the motor that that i bought from a 89 240 work with my ecu thats from 1990?? sorry if i got ya confused lol thnx

89 to 90 isn't really a swap if you ask me but yes ecus are interchangeable.

Your right its not really a engine swap but i need to do it to get my car running again. Will i have to do anything to the ecu or engine .. Cause according to some people nissan changed them from 89 to 90

The engines may have changed slightly, but ECU and harness would plug right up without problems. It would be a problem if you swapped in a KADE, but youre not doing that, so you should be fine.
