fmic for rb20?

Does anyone make a fmic for the rb20 that'll fit in a 240 without much modification?

THE R33 RB25DET HYBRID FMIC KIT BOLTS RIGHT INTO A RB20DET S13 SWAP.... ITS WHATS IN MY CAR.

Jedi Mind Gamez Jul 16, 2004 09:46 PM

does the piping go back over the engine? if so will it clear the hood, a silvia hood?

and wut about exhaust and intake? thinking about gettin the rsr exmag, not sure wut im gonna get intake wise... but will those bolt on as well or is redrilling holes necessary?

PROJECTRB240SX Jul 17, 2004 09:46 AM

Build your own Intake.... As For IC piping it crosses over the front of the engine and if you don't have a mount kit you will need to cut the hood up a bit. Exhaust is any s13/14 cat-back and test/cat pipe, and a skyline downpipe.

what are the dimensions of that FMIC? do you think it would handle a T3/T4 hybrid?

Jewellz Jul 18, 2004 05:13 PM

yeah, it should handle the t3/t4 easily..

THE HYBRID KIT WILL HANDLE OVER 500HP, IT HAS A .1 PSI PRESSURE LOSS, AND SUPER LIGHT ALUMINUM PIPING. THE INTERCOOLER CORE SIZE IS SOMETHING LIKE 12 X 24 X 3.

YOU HAVE TO TRIM THE BUMPER CORE TO GET ANY FMIC (BESIDES THE SHORT ONES) TO FIT RIGHT.
