GReddy intercooler kit ?

This is what I always thought. Correct me if i'm wrong, but I have a 95 240sx, with a s13 redtop sr. When I order an intercooler kit, I get the S13 kit not the S14 kit right.

The S14 and S13 SR motors had the same dimensions. I can'y understand why the S14 inercooler kit wouldn't fit. Maybe they sent you the wrong one.

... lol... anyhoo... i guess i'll return the s14 kit and exchange it with the s13 one... otherwise it looks like i'll need a custom hotpipe and maybe an addition to the cold pipe to make it bend to the trottlebody

this is from heavythrottle.com

For S14 engine in S13 car, select S14 FMIC Kit with S13 Hot pipe. The hot side will need custom modification because the S14 hot pipe passes through the frame opening on S14, which does not exist on S13.

For S13 engine in S14 car, select S13 FMIC Kit with S13 Hot Pipe.

yeah...if you have an s14 car, you need hte s14 kit for the piping to fit. i ordered the s14 greddy v-spl intercooler kit and didnt even get a hot pipe...that was an extra purchase. the intercooler kit does NOT come with one. so order the s14 intercooler kit and make sure you order a hot pipe. i got the enjuku racing hot pipe with the hks ssq bov already welded to it. end of story.

i got the hotpipe w/o the bov flange, because i want the bov closest to the throttle body
