Happy Thanksgiving!

I just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving to all my fellow 240 fans out there, hope you have a great Turkey Day!

Any one know how to make a homemade boost controller for and RB25DET cheap?

I wanted this post to be able to stay in this forum.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

basically you can make your own MBC from home depot stuff for like 15.... problem is with that and alot of other boost controllers is they spike... ill give you the procedure but i HIGHLY recommend you buy and eletronic boost controller..

keep in mind, you get what you pay for

sorry, i'm a little slow, but i saw that you were in need of a boost controller. i have a used greddy E-01. im not even sure if they work with the wiring of an RB 25, but i used it on my eclipse and it brought me to a 12.5 @113mph. I took it out of my car because i prefer a manual controller. the problem with a manual controller is if you are driving your car hard you will get one or two more psi than if you were slowly rolling on the gas. i prefer a manual if you use the right kind. i sell a ball and spring design which is the same as all the other ones that the major companies sell for over $100. i use one on my eclipse and plan on using one when i am finished with my sr20 swap(almost done!) if you want an MBC let me know. i sell them for $30 plus shipping. if you don't like it you can send it back for a refund. if it breaks (under normal usage only) i will repair or replace it inside of one year of purchase. if your vacuum lines are not too long between boost source, controller, and actuator, you won't get spike. the longer they are the more likely you are to have spike.
