Ingniter Grounded?

Question Ingniter Grounded?

I searched but I could not find a definite answer to whether the igniter chip needs to be grounded to the chassis or not. Can someone clarify this for me, thanks!

this thing?, yes there should be a grounding wire that is triggers it as needed.

no, ignitors are not grounded to chassis. they have the ground wire on the plug.

what? we have a yes and a no but both say the same thing?

my bad no it's not grounded on the chassis but it is grounded.
