Arrow KA24DE, original 240 engine. How hard will it be?

I blew my KA, now I'm throwing in another one. A 98", my 240's a 92". anyways, how hard will this be. I mean, what kind of tools will I need. Engine crane, any power tools? or will regular sockets and wrenches do the job, will the car need to be raised? How high? will I need to buy intake manifold gaskets? Where can I get just the Manifold gasket not a set of other ones? any and all help greatly appreciated. thanx.

I just finished a sr swap but before that i hauled out and put in a ka24det....did it all wrenches and regular sockets with no problems....but you will need a engine lift and you will have to get your car up off of all four tires..
