Does anyone know if this exhaust will fit a U.S. spec S13 (SR20DET swapped)?

If it fits a JDM Silvia/180Sx it will fit an S13, with or without an SR20DET swap.

Looks like a crappy exhayst to me - avoid systems that clamp together. If you need to go with more than one section, find one that connects with flanges.

Whole exhaust picture:

It does connect to the front pipe with a flange...
Picture of the locking clamp...

Here's there explanation on the clamps (translated by Worldlingo):
1. Double flexible pipe socket type inserting joint (during patent applying) * special swinging lock system (during patent applying)

The flexible pipe is designated as dual structure, a leak of the exhaust is shut out by managing this flexible pipe clearance in minimum. (Double flexible pipe socket type inserting joint)
In order to prevent the coming out revolution of the flexible pipe securely, original special swinging lock system adoption (during patent applying). As for this small lock key, it is possible to generate sufficient tightening power.

Dual structure and cancellation of an exhaust leak with the management engineering of the clearance and? With original lock method, the completely new epoch-making original inserting type joint system where it is possible to prevent the revolution * coming out of an exhaust leak and the flexible pipe with the soft tightening which used the T volt/bolt clamp of light weight actualized. To use the thick gasket where presently many suppliers have used this, to be different from the system which tightens the joint section with the extent U band and the like which makes the flexible pipe deform completely, because because it is the soft lock the moderate movement is born in the joint section, this movement absorbs the vibration more largely and durability improves largely. Furthermore, because it is possible, to prevent the deformation of the flexible pipe with the excessive tightening the removal of the muffler and you re-install, other than option also exchanging with the compound can do smoothly. Presently, it seems that is done with the other supplier, with the method of locking the joint section excessively firmly, the movement of the joint section is restricted, absorption of the vibration damage time is hasty by the fact that burden falls on the muffler itself not to be done sufficiently. Furthermore, when it is this system, it meaning that the flexible pipe becomes deformed, when it becomes so, also it becomes very difficult removing the muffler to install again.
