Maryland Emissions
 

My question has to do with getting a 95 s14 through Maryland emissions with a redtop sr20 in it. I know there is an ongoing thread about the swap not being legal, but does anyone on here know of a way to get my car to pass by turning down the boost and running lean or something like that? If not, does anyone on here know how i can get a write off since they do emissions or know someone who does? Thanks.
