please help me with rb20.
 

have an rb20 mafs.. but i beleive it has an rb25 pigtail on it.. can anyone help me cofrim if i have an rb25pigtal...
wires on pigtail is
organe/blue
white/blue
black/white/
black/silver

rb20 harenss mafs loom is
full white wire
full black wire
black/white
and a black silver.

and can anyone help me cofrim my wiring.

i connected... it this way.

help me sort this out..

pigtail 25 .................. rb20 maf loom
orange/blue ................... to white
white/blue ......................... to black
blackwhite ....................... to black/white
black/silver ...................... to black/silver.

is that the correct order????

am i correct on this??? and if i am correct then it should be working unless rb25 is ob2 and i'm confussing the ecu????

edit.. i was at first using an n60 mafs but it took a **** and now i'm trying to go back to a stock rb20 mafs.


my car problems are these... while it was running.. it ran rich and smoked soo much black smoke, ilde would jump 200, 1,500 or 1,000 to 1,500. the engine would seem rough, it would miss-fire, it sound like a disel, and it wouldn't rev. it would bog and back-fire loudly and shoot fireballs out at 4 grand.

and now it wont ever start not even with using carb cleaner in the intake.

it does have new spark plugs in it gappged at 1.1.

please anybody..

i'm searching for a diagram for the RB25 pigtail. and I'm gonna go look on my car real quick and see what I can figure out

alright.. lookin at my car didn't help.


I've been going thru the RB FSM to try and find out something but they dont say wire colors... I'll keep looking tho
