RB20DET swap into s13, SEARCHED

OK I have alot of ?`s about the rb20det swap into a 1990 240sx.
I just want to say ahead of time right before I posted this I read through like 6 pages of posts on rb20`s and did not get a answer or am unclear about one or another

-I am in need of a good wiring diagrahm
-Is my shifter going to be in the same position with the r32 x member in place?
-What should I do about the sway bar not clearing(dent the oil pan, shave the sway bar, or just let it rub against the oil pan)?
-I am keeping the engine bay completely stock looking except for an open element air filter(HAS NE ONE WITH ANY KIND OF SWAP HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH THE COPS)
-Does a ka24e clutch fit the rb20det and or the 300zx (z32) fit the tranny?
-Where is a few good places for aftermarket parts and/or replacment parts for the rb20det
-What would be the climax of dificulty in most peoples rb20det install, im guessing the wiring?
-what is the best kind of spray paint to paint the engine bay with?
-Can the r32 radiator fit the s13, and is it better to use?
-Where can i buy aftermarket intercooler piping for the rb20, can other piping fit for a FMIC?
-from my understanding the parts I need to get the rb20 running and driving are a new clutch, resurfaced flywheel and fluids and hard work.
-How long does it take on avergae for most people to do this swap.

Thank you for taking your time reading my ?`s I will really
appreciate a wiring diagrahm if anyone can send one to me at ryan@teamexcelracing.com

-I got a wiring diagram of a RB20...check your email
-The shifter will be closer to the center console, but no biggy(from what I know). I have also heard that for some people the change is very minimal and doesnt move foward at all.
-Shave the sway bar just a little, shouldnt be a tough job...just make sure to test fit the engine...take it out shave, and place.
-I know a couple people that have had some hassels with cops, but nothing MAJOR. Still risky...espically around my area
-The Z32 Clutch fits the RB20...
-Parts can be found at phase2, night and many more. Hell even ebay has some parts every now and then. Many more places probably, havent gone "shpping" in awhile
-Wiring isnt to hard...hell the whole swap isnt to hard(I didnt fully swap the RB20 in...but did most of the work)But probably the toughest is getting everything working well, there will always be bugs to work out.
-Not sure bout the spray paint...
-I test fitted my RB20 radiator and it fitted perfectly...cleared the hood too.
-It will probably be best to buy your IC piping pre bent and piece it together.
-A average person...a whole weekend...maybe more. Matters on how much time you put into it everyday and how much more work you want to do.

Good luck on the swap

check out skylinesdownunder.com people that have skylines and mod the different rb engines. theres some asturalian companies you can find there that has rb20 parts. or people selling stuff their rb20 stuff.

for the paint regular auto paint is fine. probably want the same color as your car though...

Thanks hyjnx, u kick ***! I am going to piant the engine bay gloss black. Because I will end up painting my car black or chracoal grey. Thanks for all your help hyjnx I think you made it alot easier for me.
Forgot one thing, Do I have to run a electric fan setup right away, if so its not biggie I will just have to save a little longer.

Ryan: It will be better to run the electric fans right off the bat, IIRC there is a clearance issue with the stock fan/fan shroud.

I sent the wiring diagram to you ruthless

hitokiri:It isnt one full image, I had one that was a full image but I deleted it and never found the site again(Stupid me)

I had a little experience with swapping engines and did half of my swap...not very difficult but time consuming, can be stressful because you will find little problems with your engine
