rb25det speed sensor problem
 

I'm swapping in a rb25det into my 95 240. everythings pretty much done but the engine won't rev past 4000 rpms. Some people have told me that it was my speed sensor and the engine was in safe mode. Where can i get another speed sensor ASAP

Not your speed sensor, check you MAF wiring...safe mode cuts it around 2800RPM.

I have worked on a few RB25's and RB20's so I am fairly familiar with the swap.

I have wired alot of cars without connecting the speed sensor to the ECU and it worked perfect.
