stock 240sx radiator
you can use the stupid worthless stock RB sidemount intercooler if you like but I strongly suggest against it

in my old car yes, I sold it
VERY reliable, an awesome daily driver stock...modded its only as good as your tech.
I thought it was scary fast, my father-in-law described it as a go-kart on crack.
roughly 45,000 miles

Jonpowell, if i use the stock radiator will it have enough cooling capacity for an rb25? Also, what fans should i use if i keep the stock radiator? Flex-a-lites are too large to mount to the stock rad, it says you need a koyo rad for the flex-a-lites.

My S13 radiator with the stock S13 electric fan & the stock R33 electric fan NEVER and I repeat NEVER overheated. It was fine

I was under the impression that the rb25 and s13 ka had a belt-driven fan that ran off the main crank pulley? Am I wrong?

You are correct.

What you forget is that the RB has 2 extra cylinders than the engine bay you are putting it in and the fan clutch & blade WILL NOT FIT on the RB25 in an S13.

Sorry if I'm being a nuisance Jon, but which electric fan should I invest in then, if the stock mechanical fan wont fit? Phase2motortrend says that the flex-a-lite 200 or 210 won't fit on the stock KA rad due to lack of surface area.

you gotta put them on the intake side, not the engine side....UNLESS you have the McKinney mounts.

Ah, thanks. And there's no problem with the fans being to big to mount to the rad?

depends on the fans...YOU gotta research that. Measure the surface area of your radiator, find the area the fans of your choice require and do some math....

(radiator surface area)-(Fan requirements)=X

If X is a positive number, then you are ok.
