ready to buy a SR20DET
 

Hello Everyone! I am about to buy am S14 SR20DET for my 95 240SX and I am curious about where to get it from( I have about 4K) I have found a few on E-bay but i am scared to commit to one because of no detailed descriptions. BIG QUESTION! What all should the engine come with for me to do the swap! Any help will be appriciated. thanks

for the swap you will need to get the engine, tranny, ecu, mafs, ignitor chip, and uncut wiring harness. you will need to buy several other things separately however to make ur swap work (i.e. FMIC).

Ok, I just purchased a S14 SR20DET on ebay for 2.5K but it dosen't have an ignitor chip. Where can i get one?

becareful about a ebay motor they can be trash

yea g45 one can work and u can go pick it up from a nissan/infiniti dealer. also if ur an ebay fan there is plenty to order on there i checked today

make sure they aren't out of the USA or you may have just given your $$$ away!!!!
