Red top & Black top

Heyy ppl im buying an sr20 s14 friday and id like to know what the difference is between a Red top and a Black top?

minor differences, red is older and black is newer, blacktops have cooling fins. if your getting s14sr why do you need to know the differences? there all blacktop with vvt and t28.
