Silvia or 240sx?

Can anyone tell me how I can tell the difference between a 1995 Silvia and a 1995 240sx se? I suspect that the car I am looking to buy is just a 240sx with a Silvia logo on it. It has a Silvia word logo on the back left and SE on the back right of the car. The hood logo is a black shield with a silver S in it. Other than that it seems to look exactly like a 240sx. To find a Silvia here (Vancouver Canada) is very rare so I am thinking the seller is trying to pass it off as a Silvia to get a higher price. How can I tell?I hope some can help me!

If it says "SE" it isn't a Silvia.

If you do not live in japan, it is not a silvia. Very, very simple.

SE was never a trim for a Silvia. Only J, Q, or K.
