First of all, is your car an auto or 5speed, cause if it's a 5 speed, you don't need another transmission, Second of all is the DOHC OBD1, or OBD2? if it an OBD1 you'll be fine on the harness, and ecu. I did this swap on my 90 to a 93 KA24DE, and i used the same wiring harness,( keep in mind that you will need to figure out your distributor wiring cause they are different) Driveshafts can be different depending on whether you have abs or not. One thing you might want to look into first before purchasing one. Second the gauge cluster is the same from SOHC to DOHC as far as i can tell, i didn't swap mine for a DOHC and it works fine. Power steering lines will be different, you either need to purchase a pressure line for the DOHC, or do what i did and bend it around slowly as not to break it. As for the powersteering pump, and this is where you might run into problems, First the DOHC is it Hicas or no. cause if it is, you'll need to either A- remove the impellar fins in the back of the pump and block off the other outlet, or B- purchase a non-hicas powersteering pump, along with the bracket to mount it to, cause they are different. If it isn't hicas then you should be fine providing you have the power steering pump and bracket allready attached to the motor. Ecu should have the same pin location as long as it 5 speed to 5speed, if it's an auto ecu and you are converting to a 5speed ecu, then you will need a 5speed ecu, and will have to run a wire for your knock sensor to the ecu.( i didn't do this on mine, cause knock sensors are GAY, and i been running fine for over a year now) Hopes this helps

Well for one they 're on the opposite sides, and different mounts, but you can still use the original one!!
