Swapping & Emissions? Night or anyone! Need Answer

Ok, I've been aiming toward turboing my KA, but if I did, I'd want it built and I'd want to use a turbo kit for my own personal reasons. This looks like a $8000 job.

So I've been reading about sr20s and Night's RB25's and they seem like a much cheaper alternative (especially the Skyline engine).

But here's the deal. I live in NJ and they're cracking down on corrupt inspection stickers. So I MUST have an engine that will pass emissions. Forget visual (they don't do it or wouldn't know it). But I need to know for sure that I can pass emissions in some way or else I'll drop $4000 for a swap for 2 years and then be screwed. Can anyone who has swapped tell me there emissions experience?

I don't have experience with emissions as I don't have to do them up here in WA. Now, if you read the most recent SCC, the Skyline had the best emissions out of all the cars.

To get it to pass, all you gotta do is have a nice cat, run a little lean on fuel and cut out your boost. No problem there, you should be able to pass with 0 problems.
