wiring harness advice needed - 89-90 car harness's

Ok, so here's the deal...

I'm working on a certain car that has a certain motor, that I'm using a 89-90 wiring harness (engine bay AND Interior harness's), Sorry I can NOT give details out, the owner has me under strict orders not to talk about the car or the motor. so please bear with lack of many many details about the project.

YES, I do have the FSM for the wiring, but I'm not fully sure about some stuff.

What I have is a 1989 240sx wiring harness both interior and engine bay harness. I have removed many many wires and relays from both harness's such as...

A/C Relay
ABS Actuator
ABS Control Unit
Auto Antenna Timer
Automatic Seat Belt Control Unit
Automatic Trans Ctrl Unit (A/T Ctrl unit)
Blower Motor
Blower Relay
Brake Fluid Level Switch
Cruise Ctrl hold relay
Cruise Ctrl steering switch
Cruise Ctrl switch
Cruise Ctrl unit
Door Lock Timer
Door Switches
fan switch
fog light relay
fog light switch
glove box light switch
headlight wiring (by accident, need to rewire into harness)
left retract motor
overdrive indicator
overdrive switch
power mirror switch
power window main switch
rear window defogger relay
rear window defogger switch
rear wiper/washer system
retract switch
right retract motor
sunroof system
washer fluid level switch
washer motor
wiper/washer amp

*I need to know if that I can use just engine bay harness that has the relay/fusible link box, without the interior/dash harness, and the motor still be able to start and run? (more below the pictures)

The full engine bay harness:

as you can see I have removed many many wires...

Interior Harness Fuse Panel and Big White Plug:

*Does the white plug make a loop circuit, where as that it has to be plugged in to make the engine start and run, or not?

*If I can not use just the engine bay harness alone, what do I need from the interior harness to get the motor to run?

Do these two plugs have to be plugged in, for the motor to be able to start and run?
Do they make a loop for some accessories that are needed?
(Just a easier way of saying what I said above!!!)
